This is a series of moves that break into the loading and unloading zones of the golf swing. Just using bodyweight (or a club), warmup hip rotation, your backswing motion in a single leg load (toe tap), your follow through motion in a single leg load (toe tap), then finish by adding 3D lunges to both your backswing and follow through.
