Take what you already know and keep building on it. Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. Here’s a four exercise circuit that changes the depth of the exercise after 5 reps. We go through overhead presses, curls, squats, and forward lunges at half range of motion immediately followed by full range of motion. Choose your weight and depth!
