A simple one for everybody’s rotation!  A reminder that olive oil and sea salt are often all you need.  Here’s how to perfectly crisp up kale for a crunchy snack or side to a meal…

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Use a big bag of Organic Kale (pre-chopped) 

OR

Buy a fresh batch of Organic Kale and tear into big pieces (rinse and dry well)

 

-Use a large plastic bag and fill it up with the kale

-Pour 2 TBSP of olive oil and add 1 tsp of sea salt 

-Close the bag and take your time shaking it up and mixing it around until kale is evenly coated

-Use parchment paper on a baking tray, add the kale mix, and place in the oven to roast for 30-40 minutes (until crisp!)

 

Helpful Tips:

Remove the Stems

Make Sure They’re Dry

Keep A Close Eye On Them

Lower Heat (200) Eliminates Having to Turn Over Half Way

Add Extra Spice to the Bag if you Want (garlic, cayenne…)
