Signs You Need to Pay Attention To

Your body will tell you if your health is starting to slip.  Some signs shouldn’t be ignored.  If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, make a concerted effort to get your health and fitness back on track.

You Carry Excess Weight Around Your Midsection:  Excess visceral fat, stored around the major organs in your midsection, is linked with every primary chronic disease: heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity.  This deeply stored fat increases inflammation, interrupts normal hormone regulation, and is usually the most difficult to lose.  If you notice your midsection slowly expanding as the years go on, do your best to get back on the right track and regain control of your health.

You are Tired / Easily Fatigued:  Chronic fatigue can be from a combination of factors.  Stress, in all forms, can wear down your nervous and regulation systems.  The adrenals and thyroid gland regulate stress hormones, metabolism, and have a major impact on how you feel.  Poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of quality sleep, and stress from work or relationships can wear down how your operate from the inside on a cellular level.  Take back control of your energy by practicing healthy habits.

Your Digestion is Irregular:  Got to get regular!  Aside from being uncomfortable, not moving your bowels every day can put you at risk for several serious acute and chronic conditions.  Instead of eliminating toxins and waste, they remain in your system to wreak havoc on the intestinal walls and your immune system.  Irregular movements are a clear indication that you are eating foods that don’t agree with you.  Get rid of processed foods, incorporate more fiber rich vegetables, and exercise more to restore normal digestive function.
