5 Exercise Strength and Cardio Circuit

Take what you already know and keep building on it. Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. These moves will not be for everybody, so practice at your own risk. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out before experimenting.

Here we are using light weight strength exercises to get our heart rates up.  We’ve chosen five exercises to use with dumbbells.  After working for 30 seconds one one exercise, we switch to the next without a rest and repeat a few times.  Practice alternating between two different ranges of motion to give yourself some variability.  Get ready for an overhead press, rotational chop, bicep/tricep curl, squat, and balance with reach.
