Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. This is a six exercise circuit that alternates between upper body and lower body exercises. Choose a weight that is challenging for 10 reps for each exercise. One set is demonstrated here, but feel free to try a few sets in a row. Enjoy!
