Four Variations on a Front Lunge

Take what you already know and keep building on it. You don’t have to be a personal trainer to learn to practice a few moves at home. Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. These moves will not be for everybody, so practice at your own risk. If you have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out before experimenting.

This is a great example of how to scale an exercise up or down for your personal needs. Here we demonstrate changes in DISTANCE, DEPTH, SPEED, AND ANGULATIONS. Find what works for you as a dynamic stretch, or ramp up and challenge yourself with some variables you may be missing in your routine.
