Now is a great time to detox a little bit, sooth the system, and get back to clean eating. Satisfy cravings and load up on anti-inflammatory spices with this simple recipe. It’s a tasty treat to sip on after dinner (or any time) to relax with and enjoy.
Add to blender:
-1 can of full fat coconut milk
-1 ½ cup of water
-2 TBSP of turmeric
-1 TBSP of cinnamon
-1 TBSP of maple syrup or honey
-1 TSP of ginger
-1 TSP of vanilla
-1 TSP of sea salt
Blend to a liquid. Use the soup function if you have it, or warm up on the stove. This is delightful as a warm treat. Enjoy!
