Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. There are hundreds of combinations of lunges and reaches when you utilize both arms and legs. Here is a simple example of a loaded reach at chest height, alternating arms, while lunging with the same leg. Make sure you keep all combinations of your body engaged!
