Take what you already know and keep building on it. Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. Stretches, movements, and exercises all contain a certain degree of variability. Sometimes the most effective adjustments are the simplest. Here we highlight three zones to think about for your range of motion that will enhance your neuromuscular function.
