Eat More Real Food!

Replace convenient, sugar-loaded, ingredient-maxed foods with REAL options and your life will change. You may not be able to see or feel it at first, but every system in your body is rejoicing as you switch from cereal in the mornings to eggs and vegetables. Eat huge salads with avocados and grilled chicken for lunch. Grill tasty meats and vegetables for dinners.

You are loading up on nutrients! Processed foods are EMPTY; they’re only good for getting you addicted to sugar and leaving your body CRAVING what it needs. This isn’t breaking news, but everyone needs the reminder until they own it. Start the process! Look at what your typical day is and make the effort. It will be worth it.

Try to eliminate packaged foods. Choose cleaner items at your favorite restaurants. Begin to read labels more often. Like everything in life, this a practice that you can master over time. Start today!
