Have you branched out from guacamole yet? There’s a whole world of quick, easy, and nutritious dips you can make in just a few minutes to pair with chicken, fish, lamb, or even just chopped veggies. Here’s a dairy-free, coconut milk based tzatziki sauce that comes out fresh!
Blend the following in a blender, Ninja, Vitamix, or Blendtec:
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk, chilled
- 1 medium avocado
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 fresh squeezed lemon
- 1 tbsp of sea salt
After you blend, chill and put into a bowl. Serve when its nice and cool as a side or dip!
