Take what you already know and keep building on it. Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. First, 3D arm reaches to target the shoulders, trunk, and core. Next, three different depths on a bodyweight squat. Finish with 3D lunges to stretch, load, and fire up the hips. Head to toe warmup. Feel free to practice a few times through.
