Chop and add to salad bowl:
- One small apple
- One cucumber
- One scallion
- Two radishes
- 2-3 celery stalks
- Tablespoon of fresh dill
Dressing: Mix three teaspoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, one fresh squeezed lemon, and some sea salt to taste.
