Take stock of what your exercise experience has been over the years, pay attention to how your body is feeling, and work on developing exercises for YOU. When we pick up things off the ground, we don’t always have the opportunity to perfectly set ourselves up. By practicing a few different controlled positions for our lifts, we will provide our core muscles with the strength and flexibility to be successful.
