Lots of Greens Salad!

When you look at this picture, you know what you’re getting into. Nutrient dense, crunchy, and straight up refreshing. Pair it with anything you want as part of a balanced meal!


3 TBSP of olive oil
1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar
1/2 of fresh squeezed lemon
1 tsp of mustard powder
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of honey

Rinse and Chop, then add to Large Bowl:

2 cups of romaine
2 cups of spinach
One granny smith apple
2-3 stalks of celery
1/2 cup of fresh parsley

Bonus Add:

1/2 cup of sauerkraut (or any of your favorite pickled veggies)

Mix together well, add the dressing, and enjoy the Greens!
