Dressing:
3 TBSP of olive oil
1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar
1/2 of fresh squeezed lemon
1 tsp of mustard powder
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of honey
Rinse and Chop, then add to Large Bowl:
2 cups of romaine
2 cups of spinach
One granny smith apple
2-3 stalks of celery
1/2 cup of fresh parsley
Bonus Add:
1/2 cup of sauerkraut (or any of your favorite pickled veggies)
Mix together well, add the dressing, and enjoy the Greens!
