Ingredients:
-1-2 handfuls of Baby Kale
-1 cup of Shredded Carrots (you can go with the pre-shredded organic)
-1-2 stalks of Celery
-1 Green Apple
-2-3 Green Onions
-1-2 scoops of Saurkraut (optional)
Dressing:
-2-3 TBSP of Olive Oil
-1 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar
-1 tsp Mustard Powder
-1 tsp Sea Salt
-1 fresh squeezed lemon
Finely chop all of the ingredients and mix together in a bowl. Add in the dressing, mix it up and enjoy!
