By November 6, 2017 No Comments

Wild Salmon is a great source of healthy fats and protein.  Simple variations of vegetables can help keep your salad options fresh.  Here’s a great combination for your next Salmon Salad…

Finely chop and add to salad bowl:

-2-3 stalks of celery

-1 green onion

-1 tomato

-2 steamed beets (can buy pre-steamed in packages)

-1/2 cup of black olives (choose your favorite, I went with oil cured olives)

-1/2 cup of fresh parsley

Drain one can of Wild Caught Salmon and add to bowl

For dressing mix:

-3 TBSP of olive oil

-1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar

-1/2 of a fresh squeezed lemon

-1/2 TSP of mustard powder

-1 TSP of sea salt

Still in a small bowl and add to the salad mix.  Pair with some steamed broccoli or rice for a quick healthy meal!
